Dr. Chou

Stella Chou, M.D., Ph.D., is a board-certified ophthalmologist and accomplished LASIK surgeon.  She is an active member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and has been performing LASIK and PRK for over ten years.  She has performed nearly 17,000 LASIK procedures.  Besides being an active surgeon, Dr. Chou is also a productive researcher and has published many scientific papers in the leading journals of ophthalmic medicine.

Dr. Chou received her M.D. from the University of Indiana School of Medicine and her Ph.D. in Physiology from the University of Michigan School of Medicine.  She took her ophthalmology externship at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and completed her residency in the Department of Ophthalmology at the Moran Eye Center, University of Utah.

Dr. Chou is certified on all of the LASIK lasers at LASIKfirst and continues to stay current with the latest advances in LASIK and refractive surgery.
